What materials are used in the carpets and where do they come from?

Our carpets are designed by us and produced in Europe. The carpets are made of 80% cotton and 20% new wool. The carpets are machine-woven and not printed, which speaks for the good quality. The carpets are 3-5 mm thick and have a natural rubber anti-slip coating so they are odorless and chemical-free.
Can you also make bespoke rugs?

Yes, theoretically we can cut all rugs for an additional fee. However, this does not make sense for all models. Please send us an e-mail about this.
How do you care for a CAP carpet?

So that you can enjoy your carpet for a long time and it always looks neat, we advise you to vacuum the carpet at least once a week. You can also regularly tap or shake it outside. If you have a lot of space, it is worth dusting the carpet outside with a broom once a year. WATER Wetness is a "no go" for our carpets! When it gets very wet, the cotton fiber becomes soaked and changes its structure. Therefore, please act immediately and place kitchen paper on the affected areas. Never soak carpets, even when cleaning, otherwise waves and water marks can form. We accept no liability for carpets that have come into contact with moisture. CLEANING It is best to treat stains with a special carpet drying powder or with a damp cotton cloth. You can treat stubborn stains with salt, but only on light carpets without bright colors. Please never rub stubbornly, as this will cause the stain to penetrate deeper and deeper into the material and damage the fabric. We advise against using solvent-based cleaners such as petrol and acetone, as they damage the carpet. If you have any further questions, you can also visit your textile cleaning service and ask for advice or leave the carpet there for cleaning.
How are the carpets shipped?

The carpets will be sent on a roll with Hermes after receipt of payment. Outside of Germany with DHL in a box.
How does the return work?

The carpets can be returned within 14 days. We can arrange for the carpet to be picked up within Germany, or we can send you a return slip by email on request. Carpets longer than 2 meters can only be picked up! You bear the return costs. Please send us an e-mail about this. In the case of reduced goods from the outlet area, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. Depending on the size of the carpet, these are between €30 and €100.
